What's a Quest?

It's a long and arduous search for something on the mud. A task to be done, an item to be found, an NPC to be talked to (or killed), these are a few things that make up the quests on 3K. By questing, you learn the areas around the mud and find out the stories that are hidden in the realms; some stories are sad, some are happy, and some are so great that you free the land from evil!

By earning quest points, you can earn the rank of High Mortal; and by earning the rank of High Mortal, you can unlock certain High Mortal powers! <help hmpowers> on the mud to see more info about what you can do. And if you are High Mortal, you can <hm check> to see what's currently available. Once High Mortal is achieved, type <questlist; commands new; hm on> to access the high mortal chatline.
