CybDom, short for Cybernetic Domination, is possibly the army base for cybernetic warriors. Looking through the documents within the area, you can find plans that "describe how a small army of well-armed cybernetic warriors could invade and take over the ruling of Atlanta. Following that, it explains how they would travel to New York, and from there expand the operation until every city is controlled by CybDom."

By traveling to the end of the path, looking at the ground, you'll find 'A solar-powered cyberguy'. Killing him will give you a 'Solar Panel'. At this point, it is unknown what the panel does.

A blue metallic solar panel, which reflects the light shining upon it. It seems to have previously been attached to some metallic device via a plug on the end of it.

Within this relatively small area, you'll find an inexperienced surgeon that is attempting to help patients return to 'normal' after they've been altered by the labs. Within the room with the surgeon you can

A small, but cute, area that allows you to obtain a piece of heavy body equipment as well as a pet dinosaur. Additional items can be found in the area to sell (or wield, as a newbie).

The egg jiggles about a bit underneath you.
You hear small noises from inside the egg.
You hear the egg crack sharply.
The egg suddenly splits open, revealing a little baby dinosaur which chirps happily at you. She thinks you're her mother!
A baby dinosaur
A cute little baby dinosaur, who seems to be under the deluded impression that Locrian is her mother, and so follows her devotedly. Her bright blue eyes tell you of her innocence and devotion, and you sense that 'question'ing her could tell you what she might do.
She is in perfect health.
She has no spells.
Her melee attacks do slashing damage. -
