This command is similar to last week's Command of the Week, as it transports you to the Center of Town. However, this command will only work within the city limits of Pinnacle, unlike <townportal> which will work presumably from anywhere. <hail cab> is useful for players that may become lost within the city and need to 're-orient' themselves.
